Printers, tablets, paper, ink, laminators, binder rings and cutting supplies are not included
Product mockups may show how the digital files can look after printing, cutting, laminating or displaying them on a device

Store a personal backup copy
The customer may not:
Resell the product
Give the digital files to another person or household
Upload the files to a public or shared drive
Post the files in a Facebook group, membership, forum or social-media platform
Email the files to friends, clients or customers
Repackage the content as a different product
Modify the product for resale
Claim the content or design as their own
Remove copyright or branding notices
Use the product as part of a paid course, membership or coaching programme
Use the product commercially with multiple clients or families
Reproduce substantial portions of the product online
Use the product to train a commercial artificial-intelligence system
Create competing products based on our protected content
Schools, therapists, coaches, childcare providers, clinics and organisations must receive written permission or purchase an appropriate professional or commercial licence before using the materials with multiple families or clients.
9. Intellectual Property
The website and products, including their text, layouts, worksheets, scripts, illustrations, graphics, branding and downloadable materials, are owned by Diana Itoje, trading as Calmer Family Rhythm, or are used under an appropriate licence.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights or ownership.
“Calmer Family Rhythm” and “The Calmer Screen-Time Transition Kit” may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

Safely printing, cutting, laminating and storing physical materials
Small cut-out pieces, binder rings and similar items may present a choking or safety risk. Keep them away from children for whom they are unsuitable and provide appropriate adult supervision.

Every child and family is different.
We do not guarantee that using a product will:

Prevent emotional reactions
Remove screen-time conflict
Change a child’s behaviour
Produce results within a specific time
Work in every household
Replace professional intervention
Results may depend on age, development, family circumstances, caregiver consistency, environment and other factors outside our control.

Corrupt files
Duplicate payments

Reasonable technical access assistance
Customer support does not include:
Individual therapy
Personal medical or behavioural assessments

Printer repair

15. Refunds and Cancellations
